It was a beautiful room, bathroom and very inviting. It was warm, very clean, lovely linen and private. Laundry faciities were also available. The heating was always turned on before we arrived back to our room and continental breakfast replenished. We were very well catered for in regard to friendliness, helpful advice and travel information. Due to all of the above we had an amazing time. Thanks again.

Needed just a bit more heating in the extreme Queenstown cold.

Noone told us that there was underfloor heating until we checked out which would have made a big difference as we were pretty cold.

The hospitality of the manager, Phillip, was incredible. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and well cared-for.... And he certainly helped to assure that we had a peaceful week relaxing in a location with absolutely stunning beauty. The apartments were spacious, well-appointed, well-srocked, and very cozy.

Friendliness, nothing was any trouble we asked for, our room had everything you could need, luxurious,clean and beautiful settting.

The location was in a quiet area

Unfortunately I would not call Manata Luxury, just pleasant. We stayed for 3 nights..all looked fine on check in, but the next day our room was not serviced at all.It was forgotten. The third day it was only half finished when we returned at 3.30pm. The clean linen smelt of smoke, and stale, there was mould in the bathroom on the tiles, the lighting in the bathroom was poor, it was better in the toilet! When other guests stayed in another room on the third night, the light shone through the wooden slats into our room and the ambiance was removed with the noise they made. Disappointing as this had been our "luxury stay" of our trip, although the owner was friendly and nice,but we felt not quite on the ball during our stay!.
